I help women see the patterns in their health that others overlook.

For over 25 years in primary care, I helped patients manage symptoms, follow protocols, and do everything they were told to do to stay healthy.

I kept seeing the same pattern in women’s healthcare.

Women were doing everything “right,” but still not feeling well.

Their labs came back “normal,” their symptoms were minimized and over time, many began questioning their own experience.

I saw a disconnect between what was being measured and what women were actually feeling day to day.

When the full picture isn’t being seen, it’s easy to feel dismissed, exhausted, and stuck searching for answers.

When everything is treated in isolation, the deeper patterns driving how you feel are often missed. Without that broader perspective, even the best intentions and efforts can fall short.

My approach looks at the whole story behind your wellbeing.

Instead of looking at isolated symptoms, I look for the patterns shaping how you feel day to day.

  • I listen to your story.
    What has happened? What has changed? What have you already tried? What keeps repeating?

  • I look for connections others may have missed.
    Your labs, lifestyle, stress, history, habits, and daily rhythms are not separate from each other– they are apart of the same picture.

  • I help you make sense of what your body is communicating.
    Understanding your symptoms in the context of your story helps reveal what your body needs and where to focus next.

  • I help you move toward where you want to go.
    Your health is connected to the life you want to live, so we look at what you’re moving toward and what needs to be supported along the way.

When your full story is apart of your care, we can build a plan that supports how you actually want to feel in your daily life.
